Employee of the Month

Payson City recognizes there are great employees providing services to our residents and visitors.  An employee or citizen may recognize an employee for going the extra mile, working as a team member to positively impact their respective department, inspiring others, having an idea that improves work process, etc. 

Anyone can nominate an employee.  Residents, customers, and employees are encouraged to submit a nomination.  It's as easy as completing the fillable Employee of the Month Nomination Form below and emailing it to the contact on the form or mailing/hand-deliver to Payson City Human Resources, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, UT 84651.
