12:30 pm. to 1:30 p.m. Judging of Dishes
1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Public View of Food Items/Dishes
Three Categories
Main Entree
Dessert
Bread
Unlimited entries.
Dishes are prepared at home and can be brought plated or can be plated at the venue. Contestants are encouraged to bring samples for the public to taste, but it is not required.
Judging will be based on the following:
1. Presentation
2. Texture
3. Flavor
4. Overall Impressions
A score from 1-5 will be given in each area.
Prizes will be awarded.
