As a Public Power utility PAYSON POWER & LIGHT DEPARTMENT is committed to serve the citizens of Payson with safe, efficient and reliable power, at the most economical cost.  We are committed to maintain and improve the power distribution system.  To continue to educate its employees and citizens in electrical safety.  To seek additional sources of cost efficient power.  To provide funds to help sustain the Quality of Service now enjoyed in Payson.
