Larry Skinner

Larry Skinner was raised in Blanding Utah where he graduated from San Juan High School in 1968.  He attended Utah State University for one year prior to serving an LDS Church mission to South Korea.  After returning home from Korea he attended Brigham Young University, 1971-1975.  Larry and his wife Judy moved their family to Payson in 1976.  They have 4 children, all graduates of Payson High School.  Larry has been employed by Mountainland Supply Co. since 1976.  He is actively involved with several industry organizations, and has served 3 terms as a member of the board of directors for OMNI Corporate Services (a nationwide cooperative of distributors and manufactures).  Larry believes in community service and has held a variety of church and civic leadership positions, including one previous term on the Payson City council (2004-2007).
